• This promotion will run from August 1, 2026 to September 13, 2026 EST.

Promotion Rules

To participate in this promotion and receive a Gift with Purchase, entrants must:

• Purchase an eligible travel package during the Promotion Period that departs to Korea by October 31, 2027 or earlier from a designated partner tour company featured under “Special Korea Tour Package Offers” on this website.
• Submit the Submission Form during the Promotion Period.

The Korea Tourism Organization shall have the right at any time to require proof of identity and/or eligibility to participate in the Promotion. Failure to provide such proof may result in disqualification. All personal and other information requested by and supplied to the Korea Tourism Organization for the purpose of the Promotion must be truthful, complete, accurate and in no way misleading. The Korea Tourism Organization reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant should such an entrant at any stage supply untruthful, incomplete, inaccurate or misleading information.

Gift Conditions

• The Gift with Purchase is one (1) Olive Young gift card valued at 100,000 Korean Won and may not be exchanged for cash value. Gift cards are valid to be used at participating Olive Young stores in Korea only. The terms by which the gift cards may be redeemed are governed by the applicable retailer or service provider.
• Each eligible booking is only valid for one (1) Gift with Purchase regardless of the number of passengers booked.
• Entrants must submit the Submission Form during the Promotion Period, and the eligible purchase through a designated partner tour company must be verified in order to be selected to receive the gift card.
• Gift cards will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis according to the timestamp of the completed form submission, subject to purchase verification and fulfilment of all Promotion Terms and Conditions and requirements from designated partner tour companies.
• Entrants whose purchase cannot be verified or who do not meet the requirements may be disqualified. The Gift will then be offered to the next eligible entrant in line.
• Gifts are subject to availability and stock levels. The Promotion will end once all available Gifts have been distributed.
• This promotion may end early once all available Gifts have been claimed.
• Final recipients will be contacted individually with instructions for claiming the gift card. Any failure to respond to any attempts at contact shall result in the automatic forfeit of the gift card by the entrant.
• Recipients will be required to sign a “consent form” (also called a “release form”) that confirms: 1. Eligibility for the promotion and compliance with the Promotion Terms and Conditions; 2. Acceptance of the prize as offered; 3. Release of the Korea Tourism Organization and its employees and representatives from any and all liability for any loss, harm, damages, cost or expense arising out of participation in the promotion
• Any and all incidental costs and expenses not specifically referred to herein as part of the prize description are the sole responsibility of the recipients where applicable. All prize elements are subject to availability and substitution. The eligible recipient shall not seek reimbursement for any expenses from the Korea Tourism Organization.
• By entering this promotion, each entrant releases and holds the Releasees harmless from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damages of any kind to the entrants or any other person. Each entrant agrees to fully indemnify Releasees from any and all claims by third parties relating to the Promotion, without limitation.
• By participating in this Promotion, each entrant agrees to be bound by the Promotion Terms and Conditions.
